As a third generation REALTOR®, I grew up learning about the real estate process and focus on personal goals through family history and education.  My grandparents founded Coldwell Banker Laricks Real Estate in Sea Isle City, NJ and after graduating from Elizabethtown College; I obtained my PA Real Estate License and earned my PA Associate Broker License.

Although I strive to achieve my own goals, my top priority is
always my clients.  I provide each of my clients with the highest
level of customer service and stay in constant communication.

emotional process so I make myself available to address any
questions or concerns.  Since communication is important, you
will remain updated on your home’s status throughout the entire
real estate process.  Being very detail oriented allows me to
recognize your needs and guide you through each step of your
