Twenty years ago, I moved from the Pacific Northwest to Baltimore. Formerly a Registered Nurse manager for inpatient cancer services in a regional academic health center, I made a career move to real estate in 2003. In 2010, Certified Residential Appraiser and Sales Associate, MARK ANGELOZZI joined forces, and buyers and sellers now “get three-for-one”. His 27-year career as an appraiser enables us to provide buyers and sellers with insight into determining market value and listing prices. Our objectives for sellers are to assist them with preparing their homes for market, identifying and attracting qualified buyers through target marketing, and assisting them to achieve the contract terms they desire.
