My 27-year career as both a Certified Residential Appraiser, Realtor,and 10-year career as Vice President of Angelozzi Contractors, Inc., provides me with the knowledge base to assist sellers and buyers with evaluating a property's condition and suggesting an optimal listing or purchase price. Additionally, because I have a comprehensive understanding of computers, the internet, and concomitant technological advances, I am able to implement our firm's creative marketing tools and the constantly-evolving technology to respond to the needs of my clients in a contemporary way.

In 2010, I joined forces with real estate veteran and Associate Broker, LISA BARNHILL, and Sales Associate, JANE CUMMINGS, and now buyers and sellers "get three-for-one". Our objectives for sellers are to assist them with preparing their homes for market, identifying and attracting qualified buyers through target marketing, and assisting them to achieve the contract terms that they desire.
