
Michael Yerman
Real Estate has been a major part of Michael Yerman's life for more than thirty-five years. Starting in 1976 Michael was president of a real estate development firm that oversaw such Baltimore condominium projects as the St. James, Ruxton Crossing, Stevenson Crossing, The Villages of Homeland and Bedford Commons. A founding partner of Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty in 2007 now Prudential Homesale YWGC Realty, Michael was an Associate Broker at Long & Foster Realtors and before that he was Chief Executive Officer of Meredith Real Estate/Better Homes and Gardens.
Michael's commitment to his profession extends to outside activities. He served as president of the Maryland Association of Realtors, the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and the Baltimore Corporation for Housing Partnership. He also served as an original trustee of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors Foundation, a charitable arm of the board that has worked to enhance neighborhoods and encourage home ownership.
Michael received the 1982 GBBR "Realtor of the Year" Award and the 2005 MAR Life Achievement Award. |
